The Knights enter the playoffs with the top seed in the post-season tournament. We won the top seed via a tie-breaker with Willimantic. Since we split the season series, it went to runs in the series, which Bristol won handily. So the other seeds are as follows… 2 – Willimantic Ridges, 3 – Elmer’s, 4 – Newington Indians, 5 – East Windsor, 6 – Glastonbury Arrows, 7 – Tri-County Twins, 8 – Coventry. The tournament starts Monday with opening games at Mt. Nebo in Manchester and Riverfront in Glastonbury. Our first game is 6pm Wednesday at Mt. Nebo against either the Indians or East Windsor. Our game time could be pushed back to 8pm due to a couple of factors… I will let you know. Win or lose, our next game will be Thursday, time TBD.
