UPDATE: The first day’s games at Rotary Field in South Windsor have been rained out, pushing the Knights game 1 to this THU 8/10. See you there.

With a flurry of makeup games the final week of the regular season, the dust has finally settled to reveal our playoff seedings. The Orioles were able to barely hold on to the top overall seed as the Eastern Division Champion, over the Central Division Champion Bristol Knights. It was a frenetic final week, but here are the final regular season standings and playoff seedings. Glastonbury held off Elmer’s for the 3 Seed, the Royals finished in 5th, and the Angels were able to avoid ending in the bottom 4.

The top two seeds don’t play until Wednesday, and the finals for who ever makes it that far start next Wednesday August 16th. If there is any rainouts, the schedule will simply push back a day (or timeslot) as needed. All teams should be ready to play and plan for the possibility of their game being pushed back as today’s weather isn’t looking great right now. Good luck to all teams and thanks to all the coaches, players, umpires, fans, and the CTL Board for all your dedication this year.
