Quick notes on the 4 playoff games…

Playoff Game 1:
The Knights fell to the Glastonbury Pirates in extra innings, 3-2… Mike Castellani taking the hard luck loss.

Playoff Game 2:
On Friday two more teams season’s ended. The Knights defeated the Willimantic Ridges, 3-1 behind at complete game victory by Chris McGrath in the early game.

Playoff Game 3:
the Bristol Knights end Elmer’s chance at a repeat and end their season with a 9-1 win. Earl Oakes gets the W and Ken Cook the loss. Tyler Favreau had 3 hits, 2 doubles, 2 runs, 2 RBI… Steve Clout had 2 hits, 2runs, 2 RBI… and Kyle Lentini had 2 hits, 1 run, and 3 RBI for the Knights.

Playoff Game 4:
The #1 seed Chicago Sam’s Orioles defeated the Bristol Knights to end their season with a 2-0 win. Liam Gallagher got the W and Mike Castellani took the tough break loss.
